Returns & exchanges

You have 30 days after delivery to return an item that doesn't suit you. No complicated form: one email, a reply the same day.

Conditions

• Item unworn, unwashed, with its tags and in its original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, sports bras and underwear are accepted only if the hygiene liners are intact.
• Items returned dirty or damaged by use are not refunded and are sent back to you at your expense.

How it works

1. Email athka@medtra.ca with your order number and the item concerned.
2. We confirm the return address the same day.
3. Ship with a tracked service; keep proof of postage.
4. Refund to your payment method within 5 business days of receipt, original shipping included if the error was ours.

Return shipping

Return shipping is at your expense, except for a defective item, a preparation error or an item that doesn't match its listing: in those cases we provide the label or refund the postage.

Defective on arrival

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery: we replace or refund, without you having to return the item.

Size exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges (the delays would be too long): return the item, we refund, and you reorder the right size. If in doubt before buying, email us your chest or waist measurement and we'll tell you which size to take.
