Terms of sale

Seller: Medtra Inc., a company incorporated in Quebec (Canada), based in Boisbriand, which operates the ATHKA store. By placing an order, you accept the terms below.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the currency inferred from your country (Canadian, US or Australian dollar, euro or pound sterling) and can be changed at the top of the page; they are converted from Canadian dollars at the Bank of Canada's daily rates. The amount charged is the one shown at payment, in the chosen currency. For delivery in Canada, sales taxes are added to the cart according to the delivery province (GST 5% + QST 9.975% in Quebec; HST 13% to 15% in Ontario and the Atlantic provinces; GST 5% elsewhere), on items and shipping; they are shown before payment and on the receipt. Medtra Inc. registration numbers: GST 780 095 634 RT0001, QST 1232 9950 21 TQ0001. Shipments outside Canada are zero-rated exports; import duties and taxes of the destination country remain your responsibility.

Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link). ATHKA never sees or stores any card number. An order is confirmed by email once payment is accepted; that email constitutes the contract of sale.

Availability

If an item can't be shipped after your order, we tell you within 3 business days and refund you in full, free of charge.

Product listings

Garment measurements are the manufacturer's, taken flat, with a 1 to 3 cm tolerance; colours may vary slightly with your screen. A difference within those limits is not a defect.

Promo codes

A code applies to the subtotal before shipping, once per order, not combinable. The welcome code is for a first order only.

Liability

Medtra Inc.'s liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, unless the law provides otherwise. Nothing here limits the rights granted to you by the law of your place of residence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of the district of Terrebonne, Quebec, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country.
