ATHKA ships worldwide. The delivery times below were measured with our logistics partner in September 2026; they are business days after dispatch. Preparation takes 1 to 3 business days.

In Canada, the sales taxes of the delivery province are added to items and shipping (see Terms of sale). Fees show in your currency in the cart; the free-shipping threshold is calculated on the subtotal after discounts, in Canadian dollars. One shipment per order, even with several items.
Tracking
As soon as the parcel leaves, you get an email with the tracking number and a link. You can also use Track my order. If you've received nothing 5 business days after your confirmation, email us.
Customs and import taxes
Outside Canada, your country may charge duties or taxes on delivery; they are your responsibility and not included in the price. Items ship from our partner's warehouse in Asia.
Wrong address, unclaimed parcel
Check your address before paying: once shipped, a parcel can't be redirected. A parcel returned for an incomplete address or left unclaimed is refunded on receipt, shipping deducted.
Lost or damaged parcel
If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days or the parcel arrives damaged, email athka@medtra.ca with your order number (and a photo if damaged): we reship or refund.
